Shipping and Return Policy


  • We take pride in shipping within 3-5 days of order being placed
  • Tracking information will be emailed to you and is also available on your Sister Bird account. Once a package has been received by shipping courier, it is your responsibility to track order and contact delivery service in case of lost, missing, or stolen package. We can not contact shipping service on your behalf or be responsible, in any way, for lost, missing, or stolen packages.


  • Please know it is our goal to provide you with the best shopping experience, and we want you to love your purchase! If an item you received is damaged or incorrect, please immediately email us at for further assistance.
  • Returns are accepted for ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY! If you purchased via our website, your credit will be issued there. If you purchased from our Live Sale via Comment Sold, your credit will be issued there.
  • If you need a different size of the exact same item, please order the desired size online to ensure you get it. Include note of this on your RETURN SLIP, and a refund will be issued in lieu of store credit. Upon receiving your return, this will take 5-7 days to issue.
  • All returns must be received by Sister Bird Boutique within 14 days of the date received by purchaser.
  • Items purchased from SALE page, discounts or coupon codes exceeding 30% off, undergarments, and accessories are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned. Shoes can be returned, but a restock fee of $10 will be deducted from return credit.
  • All Sister Bird Vintage items are FINAL SALE. Be sure to read the full list of policies here
  • All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. If items have makeup, deodorant, oil, or other stains/odors, you WILL NOT be given credit and the item will not be returned to you.
  • If an order is returned past the 14 day limit or does not fit the return guidelines, the items will not be sent back to you and no credit will be given.

  2. If you purchased off our website, and have not already created a Sister Bird account, please do so at, as that is where your credit will be applied. Please note, this is different than your Live Sale account. Credits will be applied within 3-5 days of Sister Bird receiving your return. Please do not email regarding your credit until 5 days has passed and you have checked your Sister Bird account.
